How do I say “yeah, right” in Spanish?

The answers to this question are alright, though they emphasize the sarcastic use in English of, “yeah, right?” Nowadays, there seems to be quite a bit of sincere use in English, too.
That use DOES have an analogue in Spanish, which I heard in Costa Rica many times: It’s <> Though it can be used in other ways, here’s a typical example of what I’m talking about:
Marilena, a mí me parece que sería bueno salir pronto.
[Marilena] Sí, ¿verdad? ~
Marilena, I think we should leave soon.
[Marilena] Yeah, right?
